Anonymous asked: why waste your calories on super noodles!? There are so many more nutrient-dense things you could eat for the same amount of calories, and you will feel fuller, more satisfied, and it won't take a toll on your health. The whole point of the skinny girl diet is to seek out the most valuable foods for your calories. You'll lose weight more effectively too.

Because I like super noodles we don’t have any anyway but still

day 2 of skinny girl diet done, have had 2 oranges and a salmon omelette which is my 300 calories done with.

Am quite happy and optimistic for tomorrow 400 calories for day 3, I will have fruit again all day then I’m thinking super noodles or soup for tea whatever it is will be 400 calories bang on! I am not wasting a calorie lol

day 2 of the skinny girl diet and I’m allowed 300 calories

yesterday went really well, I finished the day on 400 calories and went out to the pub and only had a diet coke, my friends then went to get some chips and I resisted and had nothing I felt so proud of myself.

Today I have had an orange and am on cup 2 of my green tea with makuna honey.

Lunch is a salad and for dinner tonight I’m making an omellette and having salad and some salmon and that equals my 300 calories that I am allowed today.

so far have had green tea and an apple, feeling a bit hungry and need to go do some food shopping so I’m thinking of going soon and stocking up on fruit and veg.
